Tim Buczak, Assistant Teaching Professional

Tim Buczak is the newest member to join the Manhattan Woods Golf Academy team. Tim is passionate about the game of golf and is devoted to helping others enjoy and improve their game. Tim earned his Class A PGA Membership in 2014.
 
Prior to joining Manhattan Woods Golf Academy, Tim has had a great deal of experience as an assistant professional and instructor at Rockaway Hunting Club in Lawrence, NY, Madison Country Club in Madison, CT, and Quarry Ridge Golf Course in Portland, CT, where he taught both individual and group lessons, conducted clinics, and managed junior golf camps. Tim was also a personal assistant to Dr. Jim Suttie, a nationally ranked and world renowned golf instructor.
 
As a player, Buczak has qualified for three National Assistant Championships in 2012, 2013 and 2016. He was a member of the Central Connecticut State University Division I Golf Team for four years and a three-time all-conference selection.
 
During the winter months, Tim is based at St. Lucie Trail Golf Club at PGA Village in Port St. Lucie, FL.



Vincent Malonso, Assistant Teaching Professional

A New York native, Vincent Malonso has been based at Manhattan Woods Golf Club since 2013. After studying PGA Golf Management at Florida Gulf Coast University, Vincent began his professional career, working at several clubs in both Florida and New York, before making Manhattan Woods his full-time home.

Vincent joined the Manhattan Woods Golf Academy in 2016 and has experience working with all levels of golfers, with an emphasis on juniors, beginners and intermediate golfers. He is currently the lead coach at the Manhattan Woods Junior Golf Camp, which is an intense five-week program geared toward serious junior golfers around the Metropolitan area.

Vincent is currently a Level 2 PGA member and will attain full PGA certifiation by next season.
